  • What if I have no prior dance experience?
    No problem! We offer classes for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers. You can find classes designed specifically for newcomers, and our instructors will guide you through each step.
  • How do I sign up for a class or event?
    To sign up for a class, simply visit our Classes & Booking page, select your preferred class, and follow the instructions to register online. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete
  • How do I manage my bookings or update my account?
    You can manage your bookings, update your personal details, and view upcoming classes by logging into your account on our website. If you need assistance with your account, feel free to contact us.
  • What is the Cancellation Policy for classes?
    You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
  • Can I bring a friend or family member to class?
    We encourage you to invite others to join! If the class has availability, you can book additional spots for friends or family. For group bookings, contact us directly to inquire about special rates.
  • How do I book a dance class?
    You can easily book your dance class online by visiting our [Booking Page]. Simply choose the class, select your preferred time and location, and follow the prompts to complete your registration.
  • What if I miss a class?
    If you miss a class, please contact us to inquire about potential make-up classes or credits. We understand that life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Do I need to bring anything to class?
    Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. For most dance classes, indoor shoes or socks are preferred. Please check the specific class details for any additional requirements. Bring water and a towel.
  • Are there any age restrictions for classes?
    Currently Mixtape Movers only offers classes to adults - these can be found on our website. But watch this space, we are working on a schedule for age-specific classes for children and teens!
  • Can I attend classes at multiple locations?
    Yes! Our dance classes are available at various locations. You can book classes at any of our available sites through our online booking system
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
